..oops! Testimonials:

Jan 25th, 2007 at 10:57:02
Andrew J Vause

Car: Subaru Impreza WRX
Colour: “Bright Red II”
Date of work: January 24th 2007

Phil’s brief was essentially to put right *all* of the minor imperfections that my Scooby had collected to date. These were: a handful of stone chips to the bonnet; two scuffs to the colour-coded front splitter; some grazing along the bottom of the splitter (I beached it on a fallen kerb whilst parking at Redcar seafront!); a small supermarket trolley wound to colour-coded rear bumper, and most importantly, some corrosion to the driver-side door sill.

From my initial visit on the Saturday beforehand it was clear that …Oops Ltd is a very high-quality operation. Phil’s workshop premises are clean, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. The following Wednesday he spent all day working on my car and when I got there later, in the dark and in near-freezing conditions, he was still trooping away to achieve a near-perfect finish on the door sill - which had been quite unsightly and difficult to reach / work with.

I sat and had coffee and watched some TV before returning to the workshop area to chat some more. All of the other aforementioned blemishes were already gone without a trace. Phil’s total price was also considerably cheaper than the quote I had received from a guy elsewhere (who had shown little interest in doing the work at all).

I would recommend using …Oops Ltd without hesitation. Professional yet utterly down to earth, and superb value for money, too – many thanks Phil.

I would like to thank Phil for his very high standard of work today(6th feb 06). My 53 plate Mauritius blue A3 had a run in with a post and resulted in 3inch dent and 6 inch scar in the rear bumper. There was also scuffing and chipping that required work. Not a easy job at all. Phil carried out what can only be described as a work of art on the bumper and it looks as good as new. Paint is perfect match and finish is superb. He spent a good 5 hours working on the car and i am more than delighted. I would highly reccommend Philip to anyone that is looking for expert smart repairs in the area. He represents excellent value for money and his work is among the best i have seen. i will be using his servcies again for the wife clio in the near future.

Perfect job of repairing the bumper of my wife's Porsche Boxster which was 'nudged' in a car park. The incident caused a small split in the paintwork, a dent of approx 2" diameter, and had caused the bumper to 'bulge out' slightly at the edge of the dent, all in a very noticeable place right at the 'nose' of the car. Phil has done a perfect job (especially colour matching of the metallic paint) - and it is impossible to tell that the bumper has been repaired. God only knows what this would have cost me at a Porsche dealers! Thanks

Phil has now repaired three cars for me Two of the jobs jobs were particularly challenging as they were on old classic cars and the paint was not easy to match. However ,the repairs are so good that I would defy anybody to spot were they have been carried out. Outstanding Workmanship, Outstanding Value and Outstanding Service

My car was bumped into in our office car park by a van and I assumed that it would need to go to a major body repair shop to be fixed. Phil came and said that he thought that he would be able to do it. He returned the next day and carried out the repair. I can honestly say that it could not have been done better if I had taken it to the Jaguar main dealer, and at the extremely competitive price, I was able to pay him direct rather than jeopardising my no claims bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend Oops to anyone, for a high quality job at a keen price. The above case has been discussed by Head of New Business and my Sales Manager and they have confirmed that the case is to be escalated as a matter of urgency.

I am probably the fussiest of customers: I have an eight year old Audi A3 1.8T which didn't really need any urgent attention for various minor paintwork scuffs, scratches and blemishes. However, they annoyed me. There was also the issue of a badly scratched alloy from hitting a kerb at ~30mph. I wanted the jobs done, but the Audi Centre quote of ~300 quid for each of three panels put me off. I'd heard of SMART repairs, and Oops appeared on Google. Phil and I discussed the work at considerable length over several emails. He spent the best part of the day working on the car, which now looks better than it ever has under my 18 month ownership. Phil warned me in advance that colour matching of alloy wheel repairs is difficult as Audi won't release the specification of the paint, but the difference is subtle: you would only spot if you were looking for it. The cost of sorting four panels and a wheel was less than conventional painting of just one panel! I will call him back in eighteen months when I have more work for him. 10/10.

8th August 2005 Phil had a bit of a challange repairing the scratchs on my SAAB 9-3 (due to the colour)as he had not repaired one before. I was astounded by the result, it looks brand new!! Even with the closest of inspection you can not see where the damage was.. Far cheaper than the dealer quote and cheaper than the excess on the insurance... Fantastic.

Middlesbrough Oops repaired my rear bumper after I'd been hit at a roundabout. After he'd finished it looked brand new and half the price of what Ford quoted for a new bumper!! Would highly recommend Oops to anybody!

My 1 year old Vespa GT200 scooter had been stolen but luckily recovered with minor panel damage. As I'd only had the bike for 5 months it needed tidying so I searched for body shop who could do a repair but none were particularly interested. Then I found OOPS. Bike/Scooter colours are difficult to match, but after a few days the correct formula was found. One day later, the scooter was back to new. Many thanks and good luck.
